Formed by Michael Scott FRICS and Adam Parsons FRICS in 1999, Aaron Fox was established as a commercial agency practice specialising in business space agency and investment advice. Both professionals have worked in the South West, Devon and more laterly Exeter since 1980. Michael Scott has a background in investment and development advice whilst Adam Parsons specialises in business and industrial space agency plus investment aquisitions and disposals.

Tony Noon MNAEA has joined them in 2008 to further develop this busy commercial agency. Tony Noon has worked in Exeter for 20 years with a long established practice of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, specialising in the sale and letting of a wide range of commercial and residential property including industrial, retail and office premises plus the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential development sites.

All are Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Members of the National Association of Estate Agents and provide a comprehensive service to both local, regional and national clients. This includes sales, lettings, acquisitions and pre marketing advice. As property advisors we know that the buying, selling and management of property has become highly complex. Our market knowledge and expertise has therefore ensured our clients secure the full potential of their property asset.
